Job Description

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources with 58 years experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of local labor law and regulations visa processing procedures.
Interviewing skills and ability to resource the appropriate candidates in line with the requirements of the concerned department.
Ability to deal with upper management and keep matters confidential.
Ability to deal with all meets and discuss with employees on various grievances that may arise from time to time.
Proficient with of MS office for storing employee date preparing presentations etc.
Good Communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Very effective organizational skills.


Recruitment & Staffing
Responsible for coordinating sourcing new candidates review application/ resumes evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicants qualification.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies universities and other recruitment sources.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires ensuring they are equipped with the necessary information and resources.
Ensure compliance trainings departmental trainings and CBC/documents are saved on individual file folders.
Conduct and coordinate smooth offboarding and maintain uptodate forms relieving letters and other necessary letters to be signed by the departing employee.
Employee Engagement and Trainings
Responsible for implementing strategies to increase employee engagement within the local office.
Responisbile in ensuring compliance trainings are completed on time
HR Reports and HRIS
Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence forms and reports arranging meetings composing regular correspondence processing confidential reports and documents and filing electronic and hard copy.
Responsible for sending monthly HR reports to corporate HR relating to staff count hours worked exits and entries to the group.
Any other HR reports as requested and required by corporate HR and local management
Responsible for maintaining employee records personnel information and documenting.
Keep track monitor and maintain employee leave records and absenteeism
Issue salary certificates no objection certificates and/or other correspondence as requested by employees for purpose of travel or application purposes.
Cope with sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations and organizational changes planning and protecting the security information data and files.
