Role Overview:
As the Assistant General Manager you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive business performance and elevate customer satisfaction. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations implementing innovative programs and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective line management for department heads fostering a collaborative and highperforming team environment.
• Oversee daytoday operations with a focus on maintaining exceptional standards of health safety and cleanliness.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for classes junior programs holiday camps and fitness offerings to meet the diverse needs of our community.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to achieve organizational objectives and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Ideally certified with NPLQ and PPO qualifications.
• Demonstrable management experience within the leisure or health and fitness sector.
• Proven track record of effectively leading teams to achieve various KPIs and targets.
• Proficient in recruitment payroll and training and development practices.
