We are recruiting a FitnessManager for an amazing operator in the health and fitness industry. This is a gym job that requires an individual who is passionate about fitness service and product and is incredibly hands on and prepared to lead from the front. This is an ideal role for a manager who is looking to take the next step up within the industry.

What do we need from you

• You must be L2 (ideally L3 qualified)
• You are known for your friendly calm and approachable nature with the ability to act quickly and effectively
• You love working in a team and have the drive to inspire and motivate others to work towards and achieve targets
• You are confident in your leadership skills and have experience managing a varied team in a fastpaced environment
• You are experienced in managing a class timetable and making changes to meet members needs
• Confident in driving sales and have a passion for making a difference.
