Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial plans budgets and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
Monitor and analyze financial performance identifying areas for improvement and
risk mitigation.
Oversee daytoday financial operations including accounts payable accounts
receivable and payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely financial recordkeeping and reporting.
Manage cash flow working capital and capital expenditure activities.
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with
organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction revenue enhancement and overall financial
optimization.
Team Leadership and Development
Lead a team of finance professionals providing guidance mentorship and
performance feedback.
Foster a highperformance culture and promote continuous learning and development.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support business initiatives and drive
financial excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices in finance and
accounting.
Must have:
ACCA / CIMA is a must. Any additional professional certification (e.g. CPA CFA)
is highly desirable.
Proven experience (typically 46years) preferably working with UK clients in
progressively responsible finance roles including managerial experience.
Indepth knowledge of financial accounting principles regulations and best practices.
Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
