About the Client:
Our client is a leading IT MNC that provides engineering research and development services having presence globally
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful delivery of engineering services
- Collaborating and coordinating with internal teams client relationship handling building a team handle escalations apporpriately
- Ensure account KPIs are met topline & bottomline targets and maintaining Quality parameters.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and engaging customers in proactive propositions
- Strong communication; people management project management and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- B.E. / B.Tech or any other equivalent degree (Fulltime regular)
- 15 to 20 years of experience
- Experience handling delivery of Firmware/ Embedded software projects
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical systems or Process Automation domain
