Tasks

Accountable for departmental performance through teaching coaching and providing meaningful feedback to build capabilities.

Support strategies and processes using client centric mindset to deliver results and instituional objectives.

Promote community involvement.

Adapt team priorities to respond to client students and business partner needs.

Provide front line supervision to an operational service or administrative team.

Other duties maybe assigned by management.

Requirements

Experience: Two Years experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities.

Computer experience (Microsoft Word Excel Outlook) required.

Skills/Ability: Good management skills with emphasis on planning organization and scheduling.
