Job Description
- He will be responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of Majorel Egypt buildings. This includes but not limited to, Civil& Furniture activities these buildings
- He will be responsible for the new construction from the perspective of Architectural / Civil / Furniture .
- He will manage and optimize the assigned OPEX and CAPEX budgets for Majorel Egypt buildings
- Lead and coach a team of technicians and contractors to fulfil the assigned responsibilities.
- Lead the renovation & enhancement Projects implementation inside Majorel Egypt buildings
- Support in achieving the departments’ savings initiatives.
- Evaluate / follow up maintenance company.
- Enhance Building condition
Job Requirements
- Has Bachelor at either civil or Arch
- Minimum 1-3 years experience at finishing / renovation / Maintenance works
- English should be good
- Willing to work across Cairo from October till 1K
- AutoCAD unprofessional user
- Microsoft user
- 3D max nice to have
