Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and Planning: Create innovative and functional architectural designs for a variety of residential and commercial projects.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs preferences and project goals. Present and refine design concepts based on client feedback.
- Technical Expertise: Produce detailed architectural drawings specifications and construction documents using relevant software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc.).
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with local building codes zoning laws and regulations. Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress resolve design issues and ensure adherence to design specifications.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution with 13 years of experience working as an Architect in the residential and commercial sectors. Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD Revit SketchUp etc.) a strong understanding of construction techniques materials and building codes excellent communication and presentation skills project management abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
