Job Type: Full Time
Job Summary: Responsible for performing appraisal delivery and appraisal review as per client and
investor guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
Appraisal Delivery
Coordinate with appraisers to schedule appraisal appointments and ensure timely
completion of appraisal reports.
Review appraisal reports for accuracy completeness and compliance with regulatory
requirements.
Verify appraisal data and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
Upload appraisal reports to the appropriate systems or platforms for distribution to loan
officers and underwriters.
Communicate appraisal status and any issues or delays to relevant stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of appraisal orders deliveries and related documentation.
Assist with resolving any appraisalrelated inquiries or issues from internal or external
parties.
Stay up to date on industry regulations and guidelines related to appraisal delivery and
mortgage lending.
Appraisal Review
Review residential and/or commercial property appraisals to ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements industry standards and internal policies.
Evaluate appraisal reports for accuracy completeness and consistency with comparable
properties and market conditions.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in appraisal data methodology and
valuation conclusions.
Verify the legitimacy of appraisal documentation including property photos sales
comparables and adjustments.
Communicate appraisal review findings and recommendations to underwriters and loan
officers.
Collaborate with appraisers to address any questions concerns or deficiencies identified
during the review process.
Maintain detailed records of appraisal reviews and related documentation.
Education & Experience: Education & Experience:
Any bachelor s or master s degree (Any discipline)
Must have a minimum of 1 year of US Mortgage (Residential and/or commercial)
Must have minimum of 6 months of appraisal delivery or review process experience
Ability to effectively communicate to lines of business and senior management
Effective oral and written communication skills
Fast paced with attention to detail
