SolidCam a leading software company in the field of ComputerAided Manufacturing (CAM) software is looking for a highly organized and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Appointments Scheduler. As the Appointments Scheduler at SolidCam you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of appointments for our clients and team members.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient appointment schedule coordinating with clients and team members to ensure timely and successful appointments and handling any scheduling conflicts or changes that may arise. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be essential in effectively managing the appointments and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved.

Tasks

Maintain an organized and efficient appointment schedule for clients and team members

Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule appointments

Handle any scheduling conflicts or changes that may arise

Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information

Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective scheduling and coordination

Update and maintain appointment records and databases

Provide excellent customer service and resolve any schedulingrelated issues

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Prior experience in scheduling or administrative role preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and customeroriented mindset
