Main Responsibilities
Incidents and Requests management (business users and others IT teams)
Problem management and continuous improvement
Qualifications and Profile
Mandatory
Should be able to do
- SLA & KPI management client communication & interaction
- Predictive analysis consulting escalation management
- Risk analysis and project execution
- Appetite for continuous improvement out of the box solution and automation mindset
- Strong knowledge in XML SQL PL/SQL MQ Series CFT and ControlM.
- Knowledge of monitoring solution (E.g ITRS Geneos)
- At least 3year experience with Jenkins GIT (GitLab)
- At least 1year experience in Ansible
- Shell scripting Perl Scripting (not mandatory)
- Unix Batch creation

Education Requirements
At least a Bachelors degree in any of these faculties:
Working Hours
Required to work on Paris and/or New York and/or Asia time zone* i.e. 2pm to 11pm/4pm to 1am (summer season) or 3pm to 12am/ 5pm to 2am (winter season) or in accordance to the planned time schedule as required. If necessary staff may also be required to start work earlier or to extend working hours.
Note: Staff may be required to be available for oncall support during nonbusiness hours and/or on weekends. Allowance is claimable for such hours.
