Responsibilies

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling and collaborate on medication therapy
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain accurate records
• Monitor drug therapies for interactions and contraindications
• Contribute to multidisciplinary patient care rounds
• Manage pharmacy inventory and conduct regular audits
• Provide training to pharmacy staff and stay updated on industry developments

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or PharmD
• Min experience year
• Active state pharmacy license
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
