Analyst - Intermediate

The TPRM Junior Analyst reports to the Director TPRM Supplier Governance and is responsible for supporting the ThirdParty Risk Management and Supplier Performance and Governance activities throughout the endtoend thirdparty life cycle. The TPRM Junior Analyst will be primarily responsible for monitoring vendor related risks through various governance procedures for high residual risks identified for Tier 1 Suppliers. The TPRM Junior Analyst will also assist in collecting and storing reporting of SLAs with Business Owners for performance management of Tier 1 Suppliers.
The TPRM Junior Analyst will assist in creating guidance documents for Business Owners on appropriate governance activities for Tier 3 Suppliers.
Additionally the TPRM Junior Analyst will assist TPRM Junior Manager in adhoc administrative tasks related to the management of Tier 1 suppliers.

Key Accountabilities

ThirdParty Risk Management Process Oversight 35%
Aggregates internal and external supplier information to onboard Tier 1 suppliers
Assists of TPRM Junior Manager with completion of risk assessments with the designated Business Owners and Governance Stakeholders for Tier 1 Supplier engagements.
Assists TPRM Junior Manager with trend analysis and compiles material updates at Service Excellence and ThirdParty Risk Management Committee for Tier 1 Suppliers
TPRM Framework First Line of Defense Assists TPRM Junior Manager with compiling and documenting identified potential risks with Tier 1 Supplier engagements across all 9 risk categories.
