Job Description
Profile Summary:
Seeking a highly responsible and organized individual with a proven track record in scaling
multiple sellers/brands on Amazon. KPI to hit minimum 60%70% total sales growth in 34
months or less.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year required. If you have a strong passion for growing brand sales on Amazon
proven track record and can manage multiple accounts (78) were interested!
Compensation and Work Details:
Job Type: Fulltime Inhouse with Time Tracker (Desktime)
Working Days: Monday Saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
Timing: 9:15 am to 6 pm (official but seeking someone super passionate who loves the
work)
Promotion: Every 6 months based on hitting KPIs. Example progression: PPC Specialist >
Assistant Brand Manager > Brand Manager > Assistant Team Leader > Team Leader
Account Management:
Handle a minimum of 78 accounts simultaneously focusing on scaling each one.
Who We Want:
Aplayer mindset passionate about Ecommerce & Amazon Ads
Detailoriented excels in Excel and takes ownership of tasks.
Proven track record of Scaling brands/accounts by 6070% in 34 months or less
Familiarity with Amazon programs and bulk advertising files for Amazon Ads is aplus
Track record of growing brands from 01 stage is a plus
Can communicate in English and Hindi decently
Day2 Day Responsibilities:
Daily Team Meetings Daily Client Sheet Filling Internal Daily Reporting End of the
Day
Launch and optimize Amazon ads create weekly reports and Client Presentations
Measuring the growth as per the KPI and suggesting ways to scale apart from Ads
Not a Fit If:
Seeking a 95 job; we require commitment beyond regular hours.
No experience in scaling brands with Amazon Ads.
Lack of passion for Amazon Advertising.
Prone to procrastination and pressure avoidance.
Merely interested in making money without earning it.
