Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete accountability for delivering 12 projects from conception to implementation
- Interviewing clients intelligently to learn important figures and gather requirements
- Managing project timing client expectations and meeting deadlines
- Playing a proactive role in business development (preparing sales collaterals pitch documents etc.) and organization building (training recruitment etc.)
- Presentation of final results to the client and discussing further opportunities within/outside the project along with maintaining documentation and reports
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design and deploy AI solutions
- Utilizing Git for version control and ensuring efficient team collaboration
- Manipulating and analyzing data using Pandas and NumPy for model training and evaluation
- Spearheading projects in conversational AI incorporating language models such as GPT3 and LLM
- Working on complex computer vision projects including image and video analysis
- Contributing to machine learning projects leveraging Python and other ML libraries
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML and applying them to projects
- Mentoring and guiding junior AI engineers
Technical Capabilities:
- SQL
- MSFT PowerPoint
- Excel
- Statistical Packages Python (Mandate)
- PyTorch Computer Vision Tensorflow (optional)
- Statistical Modelling and/or Machine Learning Deep Learning
- Big Data Environments such as Hadoop Hive etc.
Qualitative Skills:
Should have played project and team management roles
