Are you passionate about cultivating success in agriculture? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Hands-On Agronomist to join our clients team in Warwickshire. If you thrive on being out in the field, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and have the practical expertise to make things grow, we want to hear from you.

If you thrive on being out in the field, don't mind getting your hands dirty, and have the practical expertise to make things grow, we want to hear from you.
Key Requirements:
- BASIS qualification as a minimum; FACTS qualification advantageous.
- Proven practical experience we need someone who's been in the thick of it.
- Willingness to jump on a tractor as and when needed a key attribute of a successful team player.
- Manage both outdoor and glasshouse growing of fresh produce.
- Lead and inspire a team, putting your hands-on expertise to work.
- Embrace the unpredictable nature of fieldwork this role isn't for those who shy away from all weathers.
- No desk jockeys here this is a role for those who thrive outdoors.
- Very flexible salary range: 35,000 - 55,000, dependent on your experience.
- Competitive benefits package: 31 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays).
- All the gear you need: Uniform, PPE, and Boots provided.
