Responsibilities:
• Apply Agile and lean thinking for the working organization.
• Coach the Agile team on how to adopt agile methodologies, also help the team to challenge the current environment limitations.
• Provide a non-judgemental individual perspective to team members through observing their interactions, communications and reactions.
• Consulting and Facilitating team activities to help solving team conflicts and increase delivery efficiency.
• Mentor and support new Scrum Master/s on boarding.
• Execute and Consult Agile Transformation across all Organization levels.
