Agent

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Agent located in Heliopolis. The Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer requests, promoting and selling MetLife products, and maintaining accurate records. This role will be located in Heliopolis but will also offer flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred

Relevant skills and qualifications include experience in the insurance or financial services industry, knowledge of financial planning and investment strategies, and a strong work ethic with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
