Job Description

  • Assisting with newcomers process, including the issuing of contracts of employment, following up on required employment papers, and arranging for pre-hire medical check-ups
  • Assisting with HR related record keeping (for example maternity leave and sickness absence)
  • Managing the Leave system in Fugro SAE, including the tracking of leaves on Workday, and extract required reports, and Maintain the personnel utilization every month on regular basis, for the whole company, using the Power BI.
  • Review all translations required globally or locally from HR.
  • Generating HR related reports as and when requested by the business.
  • Responsible for reformatting HR documents if required
  • Updating all the HR documentation (Forms/Procedures) on the SharePoint.
  • Ensure FSAE Staff update their emergency contacts and social status and address declaration & Medical Situation forms on yearly basis, or whenever a change occurs.
  • Review all Translations related to Group communications required in our local language.
  • Arranging for new comers & current employees (field staff) to get their medical certificates and survival certificates done including all bookings.
  • Manage the Contingent Workers hiring process in both Land and Marine, by ensuring all contingent workers are following the legal requirements and follow Fugro’s hiring policy.
  • Manage the summer trainings for undergraduates.
  • Dealing with the employees social insurance and make sure that social insurance form 1 is issued for newcomers & social insurance form 6 is issued for leavers.
  • Responsible for the process of issuing bank accounts for newcomers and liaise with the bank representative to make sure that new bank accounts have been issued & communicated with the Finance Department.
  • Responsible for issuing supporting letters & letters of invitations upon request.
  • Responsible for the archiving and retrieving of the HR Department
  • Ensure all CVs are collected and reviewed.
  • Retrieve Personnel documents as softcopies & hardcopies.
  • Extracting Reports from Workday.
