Liqid an innovative technology company in Westminster CO seeks an Organized and Motivated Administrative Assistant. This position could be PartTime or potentially FullTime w/ Benefits for toptier candidates.
Liqid stands at the forefront of IT infrastructure innovation with our Matrix software a hallmark in composable disaggregated infrastructure (CDI).
Our technology helps clients to dynamically elevate their IT performance flexibility and efficiency. This approach accelerates workloads for Artificial Intelligence HighPerformance Computing and graphicsintensive purposes enhancing customer time to results and setting new standards in the IT industry.
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Administrative Assistant to perform a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include assisting in daily office needs managing our company’s general administrative activities and supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Ultimately a successful Administrative Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth daytoday operation of our office.

You like to help others by nature. You are both coachable and proactive. You like to be busy and you can handle multiple responsibilities in a timely fashion. You are a great listener and pick up new processes and skills quickly. You are not easily rattled but will raise your hand if you need help. Preferably you have worked for senior management and/or a team of executives in the past.
