Optimo Conseil a leading firm in the Telecommunications industry we are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative support needs. This position requires someone with a meticulous attention to detail the ability to multitask and strong interpersonal skills. Tasks

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book accommodations for staff members
  • Perform general office duties such as filing documents and organizing office supplies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant in the telecommunications industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
