ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the coordination and running of operations at the office. The role requires an active and attention to detail professional who can easily adapt to work conditions and changing priorities.

The Administrative Assistant will represent as the image of the company and must depict a positive and good interpersonal relationship with colleagues and others. The professional must have had experience working with Health Care workers or be familiar with Medical Language Health Care.


RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Administrative support and Office Running.


2. Be able to draft documents and help out with any necessary meeting preparations.


3. Schedule meetings and respond to emails on behalf of the organization.


4. Staff Maintenance and control.


5. Maintaining physical/digital filling system/backups and accurate recording keeping


6. Draft slides meeting notes minutes and documents.


7. Maintaining physical/digital filling system/backups and accurate recording keeping


8. Prepare payroll and budgeting.


9. Telephone and Email answering.


10. Input and update info in database and spreadsheets.


11. Event planning and appointment coordination including flight booking and reservations.





Requirements

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENT

  • 1. An HND or BSC in Human Resource Mgt. or related field.

  • 23 Year experience in managing multiple priorities administrative coordination and ability to multitask and great followup skills.


  • Proficient in MS Office Suite


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently

  • Detail oriented organized and ability to multitask.
