Job Description
- Receivesanddirectsvisitors,handlesquestionsandconcernsprofessionally.
- Responsiblefortheplacement-testprocedures,classroompreparation
- Followingup with absentstudentsandbuilda good rapportwiththem.
- Recordsinformationaccuratelyfromdifferent sourcesintoacomputer database
- Resolvesadministrativeproblemsbypreparingreports,analyzingdata,andidentifyingsolutions.
- Distributesthefeedbackamongthestudents.
- Coordinates with all students before starting new batches in order to notify them with thebeginningofthe batch.
- Notifies current students with the date of upcoming batch in order to start registering “fromsession6”.
- ResponsiblefortheWhatsApp groupsforthecurrent students
- Performsotheradministrativeduties asneeded.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Presentable
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
