Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Admin and Accounts Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and assisting with accountsrelated functions ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or related field.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles preferably in a finance or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Knowledge of HMRC regulations and procedures in the UK is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails directing inquiries to the appropriate departments and providing timely responses.
  • Managing the companys mailbox ensuring messages are promptly attended to and actioned as necessary.
  • Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients to gather required information and supporting documentation for onboarding purposes.
  • Acting as a point of contact for client queries related to HMRC (Her Majestys Revenue and Customs) regulations and procedures in the UK.
  • Collaborating with HMRC representatives to address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Following up with clients to address queries and gather required data or information in a timely manner.
  • Managing client databases and ensuring accurate and uptodate records are maintained.
  • Assisting with the filing of accounts and tax returns for clients ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the finance team to gather necessary financial information and documentation for filing purposes.
  • Inputting and updating information accurately within various software systems used for administrative and accounts purposes.
  • Ensuring data integrity and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
