Accounts Receivable Specialist

Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for daily financial activities such as invoicing and debt collection as well as communicating with clients and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction accounting including proficiency in software such as ProEdge or JobTread as well as Quickbooks Online and Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile customer payments
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables
• Enter new contracts and change orders related to paver and pool construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and uptodate information.
• Enter new vendors into Quickbooks and maintain records
• Utilize construction accounting software such as ProEdge or JobTread tailored for paver and pool construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt collection and invoicing
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
