We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes and will have proficiency in
using Zoho Books. The Accounts Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial
records, timely invoicing, and effective communication with clients. If you have a strong background
in accounts receivable, a keen eye for accuracy, and are familiar with Zoho Books, we invite you to

Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivable Management:
Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to clients.
Monitor and track outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for timely payments.
Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accurate financial reporting.


Zoho Books Expertise:
Utilize Zoho Books for maintaining financial records, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Ensure the accurate and timely entry of financial data into Zoho Books.
Leverage Zoho Books features for efficient accounts receivable management.


Financial Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and other relevant financial metrics.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.


Client Communication:
Communicate with clients regarding invoicing, payment status, and any account-related queries.
Provide exceptional customer service to address client concerns and inquiries.


Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to obtain necessary information for accurate invoicing.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using Zoho Books is mandatory.
Familiarity with other accounting software and tools is a plus.


Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.


Attention to Detail:
Keen attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.


Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to identify and resolve issues related to accounts receivable
