The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for Accounts Payable EOM accrual entries (accounting) and analytical skills to accurately track report and analyze financial data.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively
- Experience in preparing journal entries (accounting)
- Experience in the printing or graphics industry is a plus(not required)
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting
- A minimum of 3 of Microsoft Office Excel Word Adobe Acrobat a must
