Summary of duties:

Responsible to personally perform all administrative and financial duties of the company.

Statutory and regulated compliances of the company.

Internal company controls and processes.

Manage and prepare holding and subsidiary company accounts to balance sheet (Xero)

Prepare and present monthly management accounts (custom)

VAT Returns

Manage fixed asset controls and register

Compile and manage budgets and control expenses

Banking - manage and reconcile payments and cashflow forecasting

Responsible for all debtor and creditor payments and reconciliations

Payroll (Pastel) employee attendance/leave, salaries and related

HR employment equity, seta submissions, WCA, IRP5, NBCRFLI and all related

Manage insurance portfolio

Secretarial duties, as and when required

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven track record of a minimum 3 years related experience

Minimum of 3 contactable references

Related experience in supply chain logistics and shipping (be an advantage)

Understanding of statutory compliance

Above average level of MS Office (word and excel)

Specify remuneration, past and expected

Compiling Statutory reports (mandatory)

Mergers and aquisition exposure.
