About the position

Pronotice is currently seeking a versatile and customerfocused individual to join our team as an Account Representative/Customer Service Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for managing and executing inside sales activities while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Actively manage inside sales efforts including prospecting lead generation and closing sales via phone and email

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and inquiries

Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing customer questions concerns and issues

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently ensuring a seamless experience for customers from order placement to delivery

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and services to existing customers

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software

Stay informed about product offerings industry trends and competitive landscape to better serve customers and drive sales

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in a salesoriented role

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
