Role and Responsibilities:
- Leading accruals working and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Implementing automation initiatives for the payment process including the Zoho golive project.
- Sharing Accounts Payable management information system (MIS) with management.
- Generating productivity plans for the team and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for invoice processing turnaround time (TAT).
- Overseeing the implementation of Zoho purchase order system.
- Ensuring compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and coordinating with the tax team.
- Conducting vendor ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
- Managing the vendor master database to maintain control over vendor information.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Problemsolving mindset with curiosity to learn challenge the status quo and ability to multitask effectively.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of Zoho and Tally software is mandatory.
- Education Qualification: Minimum Inter CA (Chartered Accountancy) pass and completed article ship from Audit firm.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
