Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
Availability to your clients at most times, including nights and weekends.
Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members in other departments working on the same account.
Establish budgets with the client and company, and prepare reports on account status.
