Data Entry and Recording: Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system including invoices expenses and payments.
Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements vendor accounts and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
TDS and GST: Have a basic understanding of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and GST (Goods and Services Tax) procedures.
Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable including payments.
Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis spreadsheets and financial reporting.
Import Payments: Assist in preparing documentation for Import Payment.
Documentation: Maintain organized and uptodate financial records documents and files.
Assist in Audits: Provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
