Our clients sign high6digits or 7digits ARR contracts. We incentivize heavily on success and use a commission structure that targets to equal your base salary. Yet we will not give you a ceiling so that with >100% commission target your total compensation may even go beyond the 120k EUR/year. We want you to deliver and are happy to pay for it.
The product is massively powerful but since our team has never had a sales function/team too few retail players have heard about it. That is where you come in!
As Account Executive you kick off with closing deals with corporate B2B customers yourself. Building relationships is in your DNA whether facetoface conferences and events or cold calling. You enjoy setting up processes and structures for partnerships and agencies and are familiar with CRM systems.
