As they continue to expand they are seeking talented individuals to join their team as Account Executives.

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients business forward by fostering strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth. You will be responsible for understanding client needs providing tailored solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and make a significant impact on our clients continued success.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients HR software and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts as well as with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Marketing and Product Development to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations proposals and reports to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends market developments and competitors.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management preferably in HR software or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Highly motivated and resultsdriven with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
