- Serve as the liaison between the company and various academic institutions in MENA to implement local business strategies and global academic initiatives.
- Provide support to various academic institutions to promote and deploy our technical tools and optimize their utilization.
- Collaborate across segments, business units, and divisions to gather business needs and promote the best utilization of academic programs.
- Take ownership of the Siemens Academy Program, coordinating all aspects including content creation, course preparation, facilitator interactions, participant management, and program quality.
- Coordinate the Graduation Project Program.
- Streamline and scale processes to enhance user experience and adoption among internal stakeholders, students, and educators.
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis to assess the quality and efficiency of university-related programs.
- Develop, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for academic engagement.
- Create and maintain the department SharePoint platform covering Academia collaboration.
