Oracle Database Administrator
The Oracle Database Administrator has the responsibility of administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting a 24x7 production environment database servers and associated infrastructure. The Oracle Database Administrator will work with other team members to ensure 100% uptime, plan future capacity requirements, maintain security, and apply updates.
Min Technical Skills and Qualifications
- The Engineering Faculties of the universities, which provide 4 years of education; Graduated from Computer, Electrical-Electronic, Electronic and Mathematics Engineering departments,
- At least 2 years experience in managing Oracle (11g, 12c, 19c versions)
- Experienced in RMAN, Oracle Dataguard, RAC, EM, ASM, Golden Gate, Exadata, ExaCC, ZFS
- Extensive experience SQL query tuning on high transaction database systems,
- Good command in English communication,
- Preferably worked in the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and implementation of the organizations production and test databases,
- Participate in daily, weekly and monthly capacity planning,
- Proactively monitor the database systems to ensure secure services with minimum downtime,
- Resolve technical issues related to Oracle databases,
- Analyze and resolve performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues for all production and test databases,
- Document the companys database environment,
- Develop and establish policies and procedures related to data security and integrity; monitor and limit database access as needed
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in preferably three or more functional areas of HR management and administration (organizational development, talent acquisition&management, recruiting, compensation & benefits, organizing and designing training sessions, managing employee relations etc). You should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels Bachelor s or Master s degrees from Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering and any quantitative departments of universities, Computer/Information Technology literacy is a plus Excellent command of written and verbal English, Previous experience recruiting in the IT space is strongly preferred, Strong understanding of IT positions and technology terms is strongly preferred, Knowledge of recruitment trends, employer branding, EVP (employee value proposition), Strong moral and ethical code,Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
