Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising and marketing processes excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the endtoend execution of advertising projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams including creative account management and production to develop project briefs timelines and budgets.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing regular updates on project progress and managing their expectations effectively.
Conduct thorough project kickoff meetings ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives deliverables and timelines.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Monitor project expenses and resources making adjustments as necessary to stay within budget and meet deadlines.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques providing regular reports to management and clients.
Foster a positive team environment motivating team members to deliver their best work and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an advertising agency or similar fastpaced environment.
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles including digital and traditional media channels.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact with clients effectively and internal teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana Trello or Basecamp.
Solid problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically to overcome challenges.
A proactive and resultsoriented mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Experience working in a creative environment is a plus.
