Work in general HR operations, recruitment ,learning and development ,Payroll Administration ,life and medical insurance for all employees.
Develop and maintain all necessary personnel planning, recruitment and selection procedures to ensure that the company has staff of the right caliber to enable it to meet its corporate objectives
Supervise the Health and Safety Management, implement and maintain all necessary health and safety systems, procedures and practices to ensure a safe, healthy and pleasant working environment.
Primary functions include employee relations, compliance, compensation, change management, organizational development, talent management, management coaching/consulting, performance management.
Maintain, review and ensure the effectiveness of the PDR/PDP (Performance Management system)
Direct and control the staff of the HR department to ensure that they undertake their responsibilities effectively and within budget.
External transportation management to meet company standard and within budget.
Encourage and maintain employee relations by undertaking all necessary consultation and negotiation with employee representatives and by ensuring the effective communication of company policies.
Job Requirements
5 years’ experience in a general human resource management role.
Preferable to have knowledge for automotive companies.
Preferable to be located in 6th of October city.
Ability to demonstrate strong literacy and communication skills
Strong Project Management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-directed and highly-motivated and Detail oriented.
Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English language.
