Italian-speaking Sales Agent

Location: work from home in Portugal

Role: Italian-speaking Sales Agent

Salary:

• €1024 gross per month paid 14 times per year
• Performance bonus: up to €225 gross per month paid 12 times per year
• Meal vouchers: €7.63 net per working day
• Fully remote role within Portugal

Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Saturday 08:00 – 19:00

As an Italian Speaking Sales Advisor you will support customers via phone email and chat while also identifying sales opportunities and promoting products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers working in a fast-paced environment and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone email and chat
• Provide professional and friendly customer support within agreed SLA timeframes
• Assist customers with post-sales queries including deliveries warranties and refunds
• Promote relevant products and services to increase revenue opportunities
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
• Follow up on customer orders and requests
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving

Requirements

• Fluent Italian and good English skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with good computer skills
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not essential
