Business Analyst, MAP Analytics Team

Analyze and translate business needs into functional requirements for payment systems including card processing digital wallets and transaction flows. Collaborate with stakeholders product and engineering teams to define solutions improve payment performance and ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. PCI-DSS). Monitor KPIs such as authorization rates fraud metrics and transaction success rates and drive data-backed optimizations across the payments lifecycle.

Key job responsibilities
Gather analyze and document business and functional requirements for payment systems (cards wallets gateways settlements).
Map end-to-end payment flows (authorization clearing settlement) and identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Work closely with product engineering and external partners (PSPs banks networks) to deliver payment solutions.
Define and track KPIs such as transaction success rates authorization rates latency and fraud metrics.
Support integration with payment gateways acquirers and third-party providers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g. PCI-DSS AML KYC).
Conduct data analysis to identify trends issues and optimization opportunities.
Write user stories acceptance criteria and support agile delivery processes.
Participate in testing (UAT) validate releases and ensure production readiness.
Troubleshoot payment failures declines and reconciliation issues with stakeholders.

- 1 years of tax finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2 years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with SQL or ETL

- Experience working with Tableau
- Experience using very large datasets
