About the role

This role sits at the heart of Norcos commitment to safe healthy and supportive workplaces. You will lead endtoend injury management and returntowork coordination while partnering closely with leaders employees insurers and health providers. This role may be based in Lismore (NSW) or Labrador Gold Coast (QLD).

The role will involve regular travel to Norco sites in NSW and QLD to support injury management returntowork and wellbeing initiatives. Pool vehicles are provided for all workrelated travel so you can focus on supporting our people not the logistics. This is a role for someone who combines technical injury management capability with empathy emotional intelligence and a genuine desire to support people through challenging moments.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating endtoend injury management and returntowork processes from early intervention through to sustainable recovery outcomes
  • Developing implementing and reviewing individual returntowork plans aligned to medical capacity operational needs and legislation
  • Partnering with leaders to support suitable duties workplace adjustments and bestpractice returntowork approaches
  • Building positive relationships with employees insurers treating practitioners and rehabilitation providers
  • Managing claim performance reporting trends and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Supporting the delivery of employee well-being initiatives education and awareness campaigns
  • Providing trusted practical advice on wellbeing psychosocial risks and support pathways
  • Maintaining accurate confidential case management records and ensuring legislative compliance

What you will bring

  • Experience in injury management returntowork coordination or workplace wellbeing
  • Sound knowledge of NSW workers compensation and injury management legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care and professionalism
  • A proactive organised approach with the ability to manage multiple matters at once
  • Confidence working across different operational environments and with diverse stakeholders
  • A valuesled mindset and genuine care for people
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (WHS Rehabilitation Exercise Physiology Physiotherapy or similar)
  • Return to Work Coordinator certification

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in manufacturing logistics agriculture or retail environments
  • Exposure to psychosocial risk management or wellbeing frameworks
