Food and Beverage Supervisor Silvertip Resort - Canmore Alberta

Stone Creek Resorts is a Calgarybased company specializing in land development and the operation of premium golf destinations in Canmore AB and Invermere BC. We are seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our Silvertip team in Canmore.

Responsibilities

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will:

• Lead and support hosts servers bartenders and other frontofhouse staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist the Food and Beverage leadership team with staff scheduling inventory and cost control.
• Collaborate with backofhouse teams to ensure service staff understand the presentation and preparation of menu items and special offerings.
• Train staff on POS systems payment handling and cashout procedures.
• Provide ongoing service and hospitality training to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to all health safety and foodhandling standards.

Additional duties include:

• Resolving guest concerns in consultation with the Food and Beverage Manager or General Manager.
• Ensuring guestfacing service areas are clean stocked and well maintained.
• Confirming all frontofhouse equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Following opening and closing procedures for all outlets.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hospitality Degree or Certificate considered an asset
• Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
• Eligibility to work in Canada
• Valid Drivers Licence
• Alberta FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent)
• Alberta ProServe certification (or equivalent)
