Job Summary
Love working with kids and leading teams Were looking for an enthusiastic Camp Program Director to run our exciting summer camp programs!
What Youll Do:
- Lead daily operations and keep our summer camp running smoothly
- Ensure every camper stays safe happy and engaged
- Support and schedule our amazing staff
- Communicate with families and solve problems with a positive attitude
- Manage check-in dismissal attendance and fun weekly activities (including water days!)
- Use CampDoc to handle rosters notifications and reports
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience working with children in camps schools or youth programs
- Supervisory experience
- Strong organizational and people skills
- A team player who stays calm and positive under pressure
- Comfortable learning software platforms and Maryland camp rules
- Background checks required
Schedule & Perks:
- Full-time during active camp weeks (JuneAugust)
- Flexible hours in May and mid-August for training and wrap-up
- Make a real difference in kids summers while gaining valuable leadership experience
