- Buildandoptimizededicatedaffiliationsflashsaleson (eg:pagesvoucher)
- Stockmanagement:workingwiththesupplyteamtodealwithstockmovementsandarrivalsopportunitiesoutofstock ...
- Workcross-functionallywithmarketing centralteamsamongstotherstoensureapropermerchandisingandimproveefficienciestrade andcustomerexperience.
- Performdailywebsiteauditsandhealthcheckstofindandfixanypossiblebugsappearingonexistingpagestoalwaysensure100%accuracyoutofstockfix404spricematch andonsitesearchperformance.
- Identifyandrecommendmerchandisingoptimizationsbasedonanalysiscustomerinsightsbrandstrategy e-commercetargets andinitiativestoachievesubstantialupliftsinrevenueupselling/cross-selling siteconversionandaverageordervalueimproveuserexperience andenhanceproductdiscoveryandcontent.
- Workwithourownerexperienceteamand centralteamtomanagecontentonthewebsitetoaddresskeyownertensionpoints.
- PartoftheSouth EUteamyoumayberequesttosupportothermarketone-merchactivities
- Monitorsell-outandwebsiteperformance supportingwithDailyTradingmeetings. (reportingonperformance spottingissuesbeforetheybecomeproblemsanalysingpreviouscampaignsandpromotionsandfeedingintofutureplans)
- Analysisofcategoryperformancetoevaluatemerchandisingeffortsandopportunitiesproductsell-out andtrafficquality;conductingdeepdiveswereneededtobetterunderstandshoppingbehavioursandtrends.
Aboutyou:
Tosucceedinthisroleweexpectyoutohave:
- Atleast4years priorexperiencein digital and e-commercepreferablyinfast-paced sales-drivenenvironments.
- BachelorsandMastersdegreein E-Commerce.
- Stronganalyticalskillskeenattentiontodetail andabilitytospot newopportunities.
- Proficiencyin AdobeAnalytics GoogleAnalytics andotheranalyticstools.
- Excellentcommunicationandpresentationskillsabletoengagestakeholdersatalllevels.
- Projectmanagementabilitiesorganizingprioritiesandmeetingdeadlinesefficiently.
- Collaborativemindsetcomfortableworkingwithcolleaguesfromvariouscountriesand cultures.
- Customer-focusedmentalitywiththeabilitytounderstandandprioritizeactionsthatenhancetheuserexperience.
- Motivatedand proactivewithabiasforactionand a positiveattitude.
