Senior Operations Lead

A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to serve as the strategic operational partner to the Cluster Executive leading large-scale Field Operations Call Centre Operations and New Business Development initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong operational background exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to influence at executive level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement operational strategy across multi-channel environments including field and call centre operations.
• Drive operational efficiencies process optimisation and service excellence across the division.
• Manage and mentor large diverse teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead new business development initiatives to increase revenue profitability and client growth.
• Oversee divisional budgets forecasts financial sustainability and cost containment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across internal teams clients and external partners.
• Develop tactical plans aligned to customer objectives and business goals.
• Analyse operational performance data and implement corrective action where necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree / NQF Level 7 qualification required MBA advantageous.
• 12 years leadership experience within Retail Operations or Financial Services environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operational teams across field and call centre functions.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead through change drive innovation and influence senior stakeholders
