Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting NHS staff throughout their career journey Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic People Services team supporting both Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust.
As a key member of our team youll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient employee administration. From maintaining accurate electronic staff records and issuing employment correspondence to supporting with parental leave professional registration right to work checks and smartcard production your work will help keep our NHS running smoothly.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Providing a responsive and professional service to staff managers and payroll teams
- Managing employee records and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality
- Supporting key processes such as annual assessments audits and smartcard administration
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve queries and escalate issues appropriately

Qualifications :
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent alternative or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Experience of Smart Card technology and the issuing of smart cards and management of spine.
- Experience of effectively using paper and electronic filing systems.
- Experience of inputting data into personnel/payroll or other similar systems and use of Microsoft office.
Knowledge:
- High standard of computer literacy with good keyboard skills.
- How to communicate effectively by telephone.
- Ability to communicate effectively in person dealing with callers to the department who may be distressed and / or upset.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing
