Job Summary

  • Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals
  • Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with key clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
  • Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions
  • Participate in client events or trade shows
  • Leading and mentoring a team of account managers

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
  • 4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions
  • Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
  • Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
  • Ability to understand clients needs and add value
  • High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
