Are you an experienced HVAC professional ready to take the lead

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mahwah NJ. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high-quality work mentoring technicians solving complex HVAC issues and delivering outstanding customer service.

What Youll Do

Lead and oversee HVAC service maintenance and repair work
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
Train and mentor junior technicians in the field
Ensure jobs are completed safely efficiently and up to company standards
Communicate professionally with customers regarding system issues and repair options
Install repair and maintain heating cooling and ventilation systems
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Ensure compliance with local codes safety standards and company procedures

Requirements

Qualifications

5 years of HVAC service or installation experience preferred
Previous leadership or lead technician experience strongly preferred
EPA Certification required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively

Compensation: $38.00 - $48.00 per hour
