About the Role

Were looking for a results-driven Team Leader to lead our Property Education telesales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for driving performance developing capability and ensuring the team consistently delivers strong results.

Youll lead a team across both in-office and remote environments balancing coaching performance management compliance and culture while ensuring the team delivers a high-quality first experience for potential clients.

This role suits someone who is confident leading from the front using data to drive decisions and continuously looking for ways to improve performance and outcomes.

What Youll Be Doing

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead coach and develop a team of Property Education Consultants
  • Drive performance through regular coaching feedback and accountability
  • Support onboarding and ongoing capability development
  • Build a high-performance positive and engaged team culture

Performance & Operational Management

  • Own team performance against sales and conversion targets
  • Review calls and provide structured feedback to improve outcomes
  • Use data and reporting to identify trends and performance gaps
  • Manage performance and behavioral issues where required

Stakeholder & Business Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
  • Ensure compliance and process adherence across the team
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across systems processes and performance

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years experience leading teams within telesales contact centre or high-volume sales environments
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed sales and performance targets
  • Strong coaching and leadership capability with a focus on development and accountability
  • Experience using CRM systems and performance reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Confidence managing performance and having direct conversations when needed
  • A structured proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to lead with both performance focus and emotional intelligence
  • Experience in financial services property or similar industries is highly regarded
