Sales Director Commercial Sector

What Youll Be Doing

• Driving new business growth across enterprise and mid-market clients
• Expanding and strengthening existing strategic accounts
• Building trusted relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
• Leading complex consulting and technology sales engagements
• Identifying opportunities across cloud data managed services AI and enterprise technology
• Collaborating with consulting and delivery teams to shape client solutions
• Developing strategic account plans and building a strong sales pipeline
• Playing a key role in shaping NCS commercial growth strategy

Qualifications :

• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrable success in a business development or strategic sales role specifically within a technology consulting professional services or systems integration company. Proven ability to proactively develop new opportunities with new stakeholders.
• Complex Solution Sales: Experience selling complex technology solutions and services such as Cloud Transformation Data & AI IoT or Cybersecurity.
• Proven success winning new logos and growing enterprise accounts
• Experience selling consulting or managed services solutions
• Exceptional communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to build credibility and rapport with senior-level executives (e.g. CIOs CTOs).
• Strategic Mindset: A consultative approach to sales with the ability to think strategically and link client business problems to technology solutions.
• Passion for technology innovation and client success
